“I called Sunset Gates based on the reviews in Angie’s list. I had not heard of them before. My call was answered by Shawn McPeters who couldn't have been nicer or more professional. We set up an appointment for him to come look at the work I was requesting in a timely manner that met both of our schedules. In the meantime, he sent me some brochures to look at and get ideas for what look I liked. He showed up on time and spent a lot of time looking at what I wanted done and giving me helpful suggestions. Upon completion, I was stunned at how great they looked and functioned. They made a huge visual improvement to the look of the house, and they function wonderful. The balance due was exactly what we agreed to when I ordered them. No surprises. "I needed a new entry gate for my courtyard as well as a matching RV gate and side gate. Shawn was a delight to work with; professional, knowledgeable and understanding. He offered some great ideas and recommendations. He was very efficient and responsive. We worked together to come up with a unique design that carried though on all the gates. The gates were both beautiful and sturdy. He and his team showed up on time and were hard working and dedicated. "After receiving several quotes for installation of an RV gate, I was impressed with the quality for the price and decided to go with Sunset Gates. They responded quickly to my requests, were prompt for the initial appointment and even waited for me to arrive. Shawn was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Installation included tearing out the existing block wall, building new pillars, and finishing with stucco. Installation took 2 days. I am very happy with the final product, would recommend this company, and would use them again."

"We met Shawn McPeters and the January home show in Phoenix . At the time he gave us a rough estimate. We contacted him the following week and followed up with an email detailing the type of gate we were interested in. The week after he came out to the location and did actual measurements and gave us a written proposal on Feb. 1, 2012. We agreed on the price, gave him a 33% deposit and the gate was completed and installed on Feb. 15, 2012. It looks great and we are very satisfied with the whole process."
