"We met Shawn McPeters and the January home show in Phoenix . At the time he gave us a rough estimate. We contacted him the following week and followed up with an email detailing the type of gate we were interested in. The week after he came out to the location and did actual measurements and gave us a written proposal on Feb. 1, 2012. We agreed on the price, gave him a 33% deposit and the gate was completed and installed on Feb. 15, 2012. It looks great and we are very satisfied with the whole process."

We set up an appointment for him to come look at the work I was requesting in a timely manner that met both of our schedules. In the meantime, he sent me some brochures to look at and get ideas for what look I liked. He showed up on time and spent a lot of time looking at what I wanted done and giving me helpful suggestions. Upon completion, I was stunned at how great they looked and functioned. They made a huge visual improvement to the look of the house, and they function wonderful. The balance due was exactly what we agreed to when I ordered them. No surprises. “Excellent job! They came out and thoroughly reviewed what I wanted done. We then discussed possible options and looked through the photos of their products to decide on what style, height, etc. I wanted. I was given a written quote and a date on when they could start. They called before they were coming out to make sure I was home/ready for them. Both the masonry work and the gate were completed/installed perfectly and on time! Every interaction I had with Sunset Gates was excellent! They were polite, professional, on time, and did an exceptional job on my house! I will be having them do my other gates after we complete our remodel.”
