We set up an appointment for him to come look at the work I was requesting in a timely manner that met both of our schedules. In the meantime, he sent me some brochures to look at and get ideas for what look I liked. He showed up on time and spent a lot of time looking at what I wanted done and giving me helpful suggestions. Upon completion, I was stunned at how great they looked and functioned.
