"The experience was great. They were helpful, promp & polite. We had 2 estimates done. The other was a litlle cheaper but the materials used by this company were much better quality so we went with them. When they came to give us the estimate they told us it would take 7-10 days for the gates to be made. They called us on the 10th day to schedule the installation which was 2 days later. It all went well & we are very pleased."

We then discussed possible options and looked through the photos of their products to decide on what style, height, etc. I wanted. I was given a written quote and a date on when they could start. They called before they were coming out to make sure I was home/ready for them. Both the masonry work and the gate were completed/installed perfectly and on time! "I spoke to Shawn about a drop rod pipe for my RV gate. He made helpful suggestions to try and fix it myself while on the phone. After a few do-it-yourself tries, I decided to have Sunset Gates come out and repair the RV gate for me. Shawn came alone and was able to fix the RV gate for less than he quoted. We set up an appointment for him to come look at the work I was requesting in a timely manner that met both of our schedules. In the meantime, he sent me some brochures to look at and get ideas for what look I liked. He showed up on time and spent a lot of time looking at what I wanted done and giving me helpful suggestions. Upon completion, I was stunned at how great they looked and functioned. They made a huge visual improvement to the look of the house, and they function wonderful. The balance due was exactly what we agreed to when I ordered them. No surprises.
