Shawn came to our house within a day after we called him, based on the recommendations on Angie's list, and after our initial call, he promptly emailed us a color brochure with the various levels of gates he had available and their options so we weren't flying blind. When he came to the house, he was very personable and forthright. We showed him the gate to be replaced and we opted for an upgraded gate. The prices were reasonable and there were no hidden costs. "Sunset Gates is great! We had an estimate from another company but they never returned our phone call to setup the install. Other companies never returned our initial phone call. We found Sunset Gates and the process was great. They replaced 2 smaller gates and 1 RV gate for us. The gates look fantastic and the fact that they could install them when we were out of town was nice. Shawn was very easy to work with from our initial contact through the final payment. Highly recommended!"

“Excellent job! They came out and thoroughly reviewed what I wanted done. We then discussed possible options and looked through the photos of their products to decide on what style, height, etc. I wanted. I was given a written quote and a date on when they could start. They called before they were coming out to make sure I was home/ready for them. Both the masonry work and the gate were completed/installed perfectly and on time! Every interaction I had with Sunset Gates was excellent! They were polite, professional, on time, and did an exceptional job on my house! “I called Sunset Gates based on the reviews in Angie’s list. I had not heard of them before. My call was answered by Shawn McPeters who couldn't have been nicer or more professional. We set up an appointment for him to come look at the work I was requesting in a timely manner that met both of our schedules. In the meantime, he sent me some brochures to look at and get ideas for what look I liked. He showed up on time and spent a lot of time looking at what I wanted done and giving me helpful suggestions. Upon completion, I was stunned at how great they looked and functioned.
